now,i have a good idea..the summer are coming. somebody who want to lose weight..?

if somebody live in Xinglin,XingRan road, we can canter on the morning.. I like canter.but i [em165] too much...lose weight??i wanna lose weight..girls all like to lose weight no matter she's thin or fat.we talk much about how to lose weight at leisure time.i always canter at weekend on Huandao Road.view's beautiful,sky's blue,n wind's gentle.it makes me happy after canter... BUT ,it so far from my home.
